FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS



  • Who is a financial member:


A member up to date with his subscription with the Institute.  For members benefits, click on membership from the membership menu of the website.



  • How do I pay for my exemption fee:


Login to your profile page, click on membership and click apply for exemption from the middle right corner of the page



  • I want to know everything about CITN exams:


Professional and TTS Guidelines can be downloaded from the “Download Resources” of the Download menu of the CITN website.



  • How to renew subscription:


Login to your profile page with your username and password, click renew to pay online or generate and print reference code and to pay directly to bank. Attached the Printed reference code and bank teller. Send to finance@https://www.citn.org to update your record



  • I don’t have username and password:


Request for your login details via anasir@https://www.citn.org



  • What are the processes to register for CITN exams:


First - you must register as a student member via “Join CITN” on the website.


Apply for exemption: if necessary for eligibility for exemption

  • If I don’t have credit cards or ATM to pay, how else can I pay?


                 You can make payments with the following ways:


Payment with Master card, Verve ATM cards


If unable to pay online, payment can be made directly to the Institute Bank Account (see Banks from CITN news) – Print out a reference code generated after input of all necessary details, attached payment teller and send (via mail finance@https://www.citn.org) to the Institute for further action.



  • How can I check my result?


Login to your profile with your credentials, click on check exam result.


CITN exam is done twice a year – April and October


Period of exemption is 2 months before date of examinations


My status I used during registration had changed. how do i change it with CITN



  • Login with your login details, click on edit profile from my profile menu of the web portal, then edit your profile

  • If you choose not to pay online, you can print the reference code page and proceed to the CITN office or the bank to make the payments. Any form of payment that is not online will still require the reference code before it can be registered on the system.
