We are pleased to introduce to you the Institute’s online payment platform (Globalpay and Etranzact). These were implemented to minimize online payment delays, failures and enhance profile updates. As such, you can now make easy, secured and stress-free payments via your profile in the CITN portal (https://www.citn.org). Please note also that as a result of the upgrade, you will notice some changes in our web pages.

Payment Options (explained):

1. Pay online using GlobalPay - With Globalpay, you can make payment with your Mastercard, VISA and Verve cards. It is issued from any bank in the Country.

2. Pay online using Etranzact Webconnect Plus - Etranzact web connect plus, an additional online payment option also uses Mastercard, VISA, Verve and Genesis cards for its payments. It is issued from any bank in the Country.

3. Pay in any Etranzact Pay Outlet – Using Etranzact pay outlet, payments can be made in any bank branch. Simply click on Pay in any Etranzact pay outlet, an invoice with payee_id will be generated. Walk in to any Nigerian bank, ask the cashier that you want to pay to CITN Etranzact, pay with the generated payee_id. Your profile will be updated automatically.

If your profile is not updated after the payment, visit https://www.citn.org/processpayments type and submit either your confirmation number or payee id in the box provided.

4. Pay from your CITN Wallet – Pay to your wallet with any of the options 1, 2 or 3 above. Payment for services can be made from your wallet account.

How to Fund your wallet

Login to your profile via https://www.citn.org (don’t have access to your profile? Please reset your password by the click on “forget password?” on the web portal or request for your login details via email info@https://www.citn.org) and follow the links as illustrated below:

Note: To pay to your wallet account, use any of the options in 1, 2 or 3 above. Once payment is successful, your wallet balance will be displayed on your dashboard.
