APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP - OFFER OF ADMISSION AS AN ASSOCIATE

Following your direct membership application as an Associate member of our Institute, we are pleased to inform that your application has been approved. Please, note that you are required to pay a total sum of =N=250,000.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira Only), to formalise your admission and enable you to participate in the Pre-Induction Orientation Programme and Induction Ceremonies. The breakdown of the sum is as follows:

Registration Fee - 30,000.00
Publication - 14,000.00
Training Fee - 100,000.00
Induction Fee - 65,000.00
Annual Subscription - 5,000.00
Professorial Chair - 1,000.00
Building/Construction Levy - 35,000.00
Total - 250,000.00

The COMPULSORY Pre- Induction Orientation Programme, which would cover broad topics in tax practice and administration, will hold from Monday, April 24, 2017 – Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at Event Centre, Plot 1, Hakeem Balogun Street, CBD, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos commencing from 9a.m each day. You may also, note that participation at the Induction ceremony scheduled to hold on Thursday, April 27, 2017 by 9a.m prompt at Lagos Airport Hotel, 111, Obafemi Awolowo way, Ikeja, Lagos shall strictly be based on your FULL participation during the Pre-Induction Orientation Programme. You may also note that your membership number and certificate shall be issued to you at the venue of the induction.

Participation at the programme would STRICTLY BE ON FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS.

Payment Option:
1. Pay Online using any bank ATM debit cards on either Global pay or etranzact platforms on the CITN web portal.
2. Pay directly into CITN Etranzact Platform at any bank branch of any of the commercial banks in Nigeria using your payee_id generated from the web portal. Walk in to any Nigerian bank, ask the cashier that you want to pay to CITN Etranzact, pay with the generated payee_id. The payment will be updated automatically.

Deadline for payment is on or before Friday April 7, 2017.

Please, note that failure to present yourself for induction now may lead to forfeiture of the offer of Admission. Also, this offer of membership would be withdrawn if it is confirmed that you secured the membership of the Institute fraudulently.
