2017 COUNCIL ELECTION NOTIFICATION 

Please be informed that voting in the 2017 Council’s election shall be done electronically. As a result, all members of the Institute are advised to note and ensure they do the following to be eligible to vote:

1. Update your details (functioning email address and phone number) by logging in to your profile.

2. Pay all outstanding subscriptions either through our online platform or direct payment to the Institute’s First bank account 2011351834. The payment teller should be sent to finance@https://www.citn.org for update of profile.

Please note that for the purpose of election, any update that is not done or subscription payments not received on or before April 7, 2017 will automatically disqualify such member(s) from voting during the election. Meanwhile, the list of all financial members are already on the Institute’s website. Find below the attached list of financial members eligible to vote.

Members are enjoined to note that financial members as contained in the list are required to confirm the correctness of their phone numbers and email addresses. Should the details in the attached file be incorrect, send your correct phone number (and) or email addresse to info@https://www.citn.org. Also note that the phone numbers and the email addreeses are encrypted for security and control purposes.

The final list of candidates who meet the above conditions and are thus qualified and eligible to vote shall be published on the Institute’s website on April 7, 2017
