Meanwhile, we received several complaints from some members of not receiving any SMS messages from the Institute. If such members are sure that their phone numbers in the CITN database are correct, the issue might be as a result of “Do Not Disturb” (DND) activation on their mobile numbers. Should such members wish to receive SMS messages from the Institute, they may have to deactivate the DND service on their mobile numbers using any of the following codes:
For MTN users - Text “Allow” to 2442
Etisalat Users – Text “Start” to 2442
Airtel users – Text “Allow” to 2442
Glo users – Text “Allow” to 2442

Disclaimer
CITN will not be held liable for any unsolicited calls or SMS messages received after the deactivation of the DND service.

We kindly solicit your cooperation and adherence to the above instructions to ensure Council’s resolution of having a free, fair, transparent and credible election.

Thank you.
Yours faithfully,
Fisayo Awogbade, FCTI
