APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP - OFFER OF ADMISSION AS AN ASSOCIATE
Following your application for admission as an Associate member of our Institute, we are pleased to inform that your application has been approved. Please, note that you are required to pay a total sum of =N=250,000.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira Only), to formalise your admission and enable you to participate in the Pre-Induction Orientation Programme and Induction Ceremonies. The breakdown of the sum is as follows:

Publication - 14,000.00
Training Fee - 100,000.00
Induction Fee - 65,000.00
Annual Subscription - 5,000.00
Professorial Chair - 1,000.00
Building/Construction Levy - 35,000.00
Total - 250,000.00

The COMPULSORY Pre- Induction Orientation Programme, which would cover broad topics in tax practice and administration, will hold from Monday 27th to Wednesday 29th November, 2017 (Venue shall be communicated in due course). Please, note also that participation at the Induction ceremony scheduled to hold on Thursday 30th November, 2017 shall strictly be based on your FULL attendance and participation at the Pre-Induction Orientation Programme. You may also note that your membership number and certificate shall be issued to you at the venue of the induction which shall also be communicated in due course.
Participation at the programme would STRICTLY BE ON FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS.

Payment Option:
i. Pay Online using any bank ATM debit cards on either Global pay or etranzact platforms on the CITN web portal.
ii. Pay directly into CITN Etranzact Platform at any bank branch of any of the commercial banks in Nigeria using your payee_id generated from the web portal. Walk in to any Nigerian bank, ask the cashier that you want to pay to CITN Etranzact, pay with the generated payee_id. The payment will be updated automatically.
iii. Make payment into any branch of the United Bank for Africa (UBA), Account No. 1005809652. Scan and send payment teller to membership@https://www.citn.org

Deadline for payment is on or before Monday 13th November, 2017.

Please, note that failure to offer yourself for induction now may lead to forfeiture of the offer of Admission. Also, this offer of membership would be withdrawn if it is confirmed that you secured the membership of the Institute fraudulently.
