2013 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ELECTION OF CANDIDATES TO COUNCIL

This is to inform all members that pursuant to the provisions of schedule 1, paragraph 6 of the Institute’s Act No. 76 of 1992 now CITN Act CAP C10, Vol. 2 of Laws of the Federation of Nigeria relating to the conduct of election into Council, please, be informed that election into the five vacancies in Council of the Institute is now open.

We included the links to download the profile of candidates contesting for the election, the attendance at meetings of various Committees of Council of the Institute and the ballot paper for Council’s election for your information and necessary action. You are required to DOWNLOAD the Ballot paper, complete it as appropriate and forward to the Scrutineers using the address on the ballot paper.

Duly signed ballot papers are to be returned in sealed envelopes to the Scrutineers on or before Friday, 31st May, 2013.

Kindly NOTE that as a professional Institute, all forms of electioneering campaign are disallowed. Also NOTE that no Ballot paper would be posted to any member. All other rules guiding the election are as stated on the Ballot Paper.

We remind our esteemed members that PAYMENT of ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION is COMPULSORY for eligibility to vote in the election.
