The lingering crisis over the issue of who should regulate taxation practice in Nigeria between  The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) since 2005 has been resolved with the mediation of the Association of Professional Bodies of Nigeria (APBN).

Attached is the Terms of Settlement (ToS) and Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) signed on 10th March, 2015 at The Golden Gate Paradise, Lagos.
