Please be informed that election into Council in 2018 shall be done electronically. As a result, all members of the Institute are advised to note and ensure they do the following to be eligible to vote:

1. If your details have changed, you are enjoined to update same (functional email address and phone number) by logging into your profile. Click this link on the procedure to update your profile

2. Pay all outstanding subscriptions either through the Institute’s online platform or by direct payment to the Institute’s First Bank Account 2011351834. The payment teller should be sent to finance@https://www.citn.org for update of profile. Click here for procedure to pay your subscription

Please note that the list of all financial members will be published on the website from time to time. Members who fail to update their details in their profiles or whose subscription payments are not received on or before May 11, 2018 will automatically be disqualified from voting during the election.

Members are enjoined to note that financial members as contained in the list are required to confirm the correctness of their phone numbers and email addresses. Should the details in the attached file be incorrect, please send your correct phone numbers (and) or email addresses with your full names and membership numbers to info@https://www.citn.org. Also note that the phone numbers and email addresses shall be encrypted for security and control purposes.

The final list of candidates who meet the above conditions and are thus qualified and eligible to vote shall be published on the Institute’s website.
