EXTENSION OF DEADLINE FOR PAYMENT OF SUBSCRIPTION AND PROFILE UPDATES FOR 2019 COUNCIL ELECTION

For the purpose of the 2019 Council election which has been scheduled to commence from May 30, 2019, the Council of the Institute have extended the payment of subscriptions and profile updates to May 15, 2019. Members who are yet to make payment of their subscriptions and update their profiles are advised to do so within these stipulated dates as no extension shall be entertained.

As voting in the 2019 Council’s election will be done electronically, all members of the Institute are advised to note and ensure they do the following to be eligible to vote:

1. Update your details (functional email address and phone number) by logging in to your profile.

2. Click on this link for procedure to update your profile - shorturl.at/hyLR8

3. Pay all outstanding subscriptions through any of the payment channels available in the Institute.

Payment Options:

a. Webpay/Pay with Quickteller/Globalpay - Pay using any Bank ATM Debit Cards (Mastercard, VISA, Verve) on the CITN Portal; or
b. Visit quickteller.com/citn, insert your membership nos (e.g 1, 50, 4567), select member/student subscription fee from drop down options and pay with your ATM Debit Card (Mastercard, VISA, Verve); or
c. Pay Direct (Bank Branch): Visit any commercial bank, present your membership number to the cashier, who would use same to process your payment through Pay Direct Platform.

Please note that for the purpose of election, any profile update that is not done or subscription payments not received on or before May 15, 2019 will automatically disqualify such member(s) from voting during the election.

Members are invited to note the notable dates for the 2019 Council election exercise as presented below.
1. 2019 CITN E-Voting commences - 12noon of Thursday, May 30, 2019
2. 2019 CITN E-Voting ends - 12noon of Wednesday, June 12, 2019
3. Extraction of votes - Midnight of Wednesday, June 12, 2019
4. 2019 AGM/Announcement of results - Thursday, June 13, 2019
