Dear Prospective member,

1. You are advised to go through this list to confirm that your name is rightly spelt; All complaints on the names should be made to "membership @ citn . org" within 24hrs of receipt of this mail. 

2.The format for names on the certificate is: FIRST NAME, MIDDLE NAME  and SURNAME;

3. Dressing for the Pre-induction programme (Monday 20 - Wednesday 22 May, 2019) and the Induction ceremony (Thursday, May 23, 2019) is full corporate or full traditional.

4. Graduate Students are ONLY TO ATTEND THE INDUCTION on Thursday, May 23, 2019.

5. All prospective inductees are to come with the sum of N1,500.00 (One thousand five hundred naira only) as District levy. No certificate will be issued without this payment.

6. Please, come along with your payment tellers/official receipts.

7. Collection of certificate would require the presentation of a valid identity document (Drivers license, national ID, International Passport, office ID Card) 

8. No certificate will by given by proxy
