NOTICE is hereby given that the 28th Annual General Meeting of The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria will hold virtually as follows:

Time: 12 noon prompt

Venue: Zoom Online Meeting Platform (The meeting ID will be communicated in due course)

AGENDA
- To adopt the minutes of the 27th Annual General Meeting held on Thursday, 13th June, 2019;
- To lay before the meeting the Report of Council;
- To adopt the Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December, 2019 and the Report of the Auditors thereon;
- To appoint the Auditors and authorise Council to fix their remuneration;
- To elect members of Council;
- To consider any other business.
